While I have only been mildly interested in political commentary, one phrase in particular has remained imprinted in my mind: The Black Vote.
I had been wondering about this Black Vote and eventually became obsessed with it. I needed to know: Who is it? What is it?…
After countless hours of searching, I think I have finally found The Black Vote in the Washington D.C. area.
